Terms of Service
Knucklebusters Corp agrees to remove your vehicle pursuant to the following conditions:
-- It is proven beyond reasonable doubt, the vehicle belongs to you, and the vehicle “Title of Ownership” is present. Exceptions to this rule can be made under certain circumstances.
-- The owner of the vehicle will be paid based on condition, age, and completion. We also take into account whether or not the vehicle runs and/or drives. Any vehicle sold to Knucklebusters will be used for salvageable parts, and therefore prices quoted are also based on availability of good, useable parts.
-- The vehicle should be easily accessible. There is never a charge for the connection and towing of an unwanted vehicle. However, if the vehicle needs to be rolled over, winched from a field, tires aired up or replaced, etc. Labor charges will be deducted from the purchase price.
-- All personal/wanted items MUST be removed prior to actual connection to our truck. It should be obvious that once the vehicle is connected, the vehicle, and its contents are forfeited.
-- The decision to dispose of a vehicle can sometimes be difficult. Please be sure you want to give your vehicle up. Once our driver connects to the vehicle and is paid for, we will own it. NO EXCEPTIONS.
