Terms of Service
-Knucklebusters vows to do everything within it's power to get you the specific part you requested for your vehicle.
-If in the unlikely event you receive your part broken or incorrect, Knucklebusters agrees to do everything within it's power to get you the replacement ASAP.
-You agree to afford Knucklebusters the opportunity to correct ANY mistake or oversight prior to outside intervention or arbitration.
-All sales are final and all warranty decisions are made at seller's discretion, including condition, noise, etc.
-All parts are warranted against defects for at least 30 days unless otherwise stated.
-There will be no cash refunds unless a suitable replacement cannot be obtained. Replacement of defective part(s) or credit toward another purchase will be extended
-Electronic parts are sold "exchange-ONLY" within the 30-day warranty period. If a first part is sent to you defective, a replacement will be sent immediately. Since ALL parts are tested prior to shipping, if the second part is defective, we will have to assume there is some other problem with your system and the warranty will be voided
-There is a $50.00 fee for ALL returned checks. Returned parts must be in the original condition. New parts must be in the original box
-Parts not needed may be exchanged for credit only, if, at the seller's sole discretion, a non-warranty return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. A restock fee will also apply for customers who purchase replacement parts elsewhere prior to affording us the opportunity to replace the defective/wrong part with an item from our inventory deducted from any refund or credit.
-Parts that arrive incorrect may require return prior to another item being shipped. This is accomplished via return call-tag. You may also return the item to us once authorized for faster turn-around times.
-All parts sold are used, tested, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) unless stated otherwise and any warranty stated will be void if the purchased part is not used for its designed application
-Seller is NOT responsible for buyer error
-All sheet metal, glass and body parts are sold as-is
-No warranties will be offered on damaged or altered parts. Removing painted screws on modules voids the modules warranty.
-Parts and deposits left over 31 days shall be forfeited
-All warranties begin from the original date of purchase, not the date of installation and not as an addition to the standard warranty
-All below average parts are sold as-is with no refunds, no returns, no exceptions. Any defects with the part will be explained to you by the salesman, and will arrive in stated condition.
